The aim of the programme is to prepare a team to become a winning team. 

We specialise in providing a soft, knowledge based, corporate teambuilding event with as much or as little action as you require. Our corporate events are based on placing your team in a situation which is well outside of their usual daily life, thus levelling the team and as such in our scenarios the team is built based on real trust and understanding of each individuals real qualities and capabilities.

"Hearts and minds" philosophy will create a powerful learning process and everyone will begin to fully understand their collective strengths and weaknesses. The aim is to work to maximise the team's positive elements while recognising and minimising its weakness.

 An insight into this philosophy is to quickly build trust, humility and humour and then applying simple communication techniques to make the team effective which will have a powerful and long lasting result and provide the a foundation required for a more successful future.

Groups of individuals that are left to their own devices from infancy can quickly become disillusioned and disoriented. The aware leader soon recognizes the need to protect and nurture the group, to help it to transform to become a team.

Good team performance rarely happens by chance: it needs to be encouraged, developed and monitored. Many teams will have formed and reformed over their life span, and may in the process lose the characteristics that make them special and unique.

We offer one day programme to help companies address team building needs. This programme provide you with a fun day designed to aid people in follow through on commitments, meet deadlines and perform at their peak.

Team players have the opportunity to command and control in a military environment which helps build good teams. Giving your team the chance to attend such a day will show your commitment to your team and show them how much you want to fight for your companies business.

The course consists of a basic military team building day, more fun than formal.
